White Willow Bark Tea | Pain Relieving herbal tea

$5.00 - $24.50

White Willow bark has been used throughout history for its pain-relieving properties. Combined with ginger and crampbark, it is great for all sorts of aches & pains.

Unlike herbal teas, roots and barks work best when simmered in water.
This tea can be brewed like a standard tea (steep 2 teaspoons in 8 oz just boiled water for 10 to 15 minutes) but we recommend adding 1.5 Tablespoons of tea herbs to 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes (+). Remove from heat and allow to steep for an additional 10 minutes before straining. After simmering you should have 2 to 3 cups of tea remaining. The longer you allow it to simmer/steep, the more potent the potion will be.
This tea can be bitter - add honey as needed.
NOTE: Don't throw out the herbs after first use! You can add another 2 cups of water and simmer to make an additional cup of tea.
