This blend of herbs helps to soothe the GI tract and works well for people with various stomach and intestinal issues.
Two methods of brewing:
Quick Brew - steep 2 teaspoons of tea per 8 oz just boiled water. Cover and steep for 10 to 15 minutes and enjoy.
Slow/Cold Brew - if you want the full effect of these herbs, add 2 teaspoons per 8 oz water into a jar to cold brew overnight. We recommend using a tea bag or metal brewing container as this method creates a viscus (aloe like) tea that is hard to separate from the herbs. Store in fridge for up to 3 days and sip as needed.
Ingredients ~ slippery elm, marshmallow root, mullein leaf, nettles (comes with or without peppermint - please let us know your preference)
Sample size includes enough tea to make about 6 cups.
