Release is an herbal tea/potion that helps you let go of emotions & experiences that have been holding you back, so that you can find your way forward.
This blend is great for sipping & soaking, as well as for cleaning crystals, talisman, and spaces of old energy.
Release Tea pairs nicely with moonstone (a stone of letting go).
To brew:
Steep 1 to 2 teaspoons tea per 8 oz hot water. Steep covered for 10+ min. Add honey if sweetness is desired, or lemon for clarity of mind.
Ingredients ~ peppermint, Tulsi (holy basil), lemon balm, sage, blackberry leaf, Hawthorne leaf & flowers, linden flowers, ginger, rose petals.
Sample size includes enough tea to make 6 to 8 cups.
