Mullein helps clear the lungs, so mullein tea is often used to help clear mucus from colds and allergies, as well as to help detox the lungs from toxins.
Ingredients: mullein, sage, peppermint, eucalyptus, and lemongrass. Naturally caffeine free. Tea has a lovely green flavor.
Steep 2 teaspoons of tea blend in just boiled water for 10 minutes.
BREWING NOTE: While you can brew this in a tea ball it is best to use tea bags or strain through cheese cloth because the 'hairs' from mullein leaves can sometimes aggravate the back of the throat if not well filtered. This is a very light & loose tea.
