Steep 2 teaspoons tea per 8oz of hot water to make a delightful blue tea (make sure there is at least 1 blue flower in your mix). Once it's done steeping (5 to 10 min - a longer steep will produce a bright blue tea) add a little lemon juice and watch the magic! Drink as is or flavor with honey to taste.
