Our seasonally inspired Pumpkin Spice Chai is a warming mix of cinnamon, cloves, allspice, black pepper, ginger, and nutmeg lovingly blended with assam black tea and vanilla infused rooibos.

To brew a perfectly magical cuppa we recommend using 2+ teaspoons loose tea per 6 oz just boiled water. Steep for 4+ minutes (or a little longer for a spicier cup) then add in sugar/honey and steamed milk. Enjoy!
ProTips: Chai is strongest when steeped loose - no tea ball or bag - then strained. To bring out the most flavor and get that 'coffee shop chai' taste add your just steeped water + loose tea to a pot of hot milk and sugar, steep everything together for a minute or 2 to release a bit more flavor from the spices (many flavors are fat soluble). Also don't be shy when adding sugar as it helps to bring out some of the more subtle flavors that can get lost otherwise.
